Day 203

The economy sucks! Today is a very sad day for us. The For Sale sign went up at Our favorite neighbors house. :( All of our houses were finished at the same time and we all moved in within days of each other. Now with the prospect of both of them not having a job, has made them make a tough decision to sell their house before they lose it. It will be an even sadder day when it sells.

  1. That does suck! Our neighbor across the road put a for sale sign in his yard today also! He's a nice guy but we don't really know him that well. If our neighbor that lives right beside us leaves I will be truly upset she's like my 2nd mom!

  2. Sorry to hear that. I really hope the economy turns around soon. My neighbor (the only one we care to bother with) may have to move out as well. Sale signs are popping up left and right!

  3. Hey! I just noticed your Twilight thingy on the right. I LOVE it! Can I ask where you got it? If you don't mind, I'd love to put it on my blog!

  4. Denise, I can't remember where I got it, but of course you can put it on your blog.

  5. That is sad Bridget. A lot of the houses in our neighborhood are up for sale too - most of them are in foreclosure I think.

  8. LOL I didn't even notice that, thanks Denise.
Barb same here. I just click on my dashboard and see who has updated. That is why I took my blogs I follow off my side bar, got tired of it not updating. Thanks for coming to look for me. :)

  11. Sorry - Bridget - the economy does make it rough - and even rougher when you lose good neighbors (but I am sure they will always be friends)
