I asked my mom today what she was thankful for and she said......I am thankful for a second chance at life. It has been a long hard 3 1/2 months, but I have not picked up a cigarette. I take each day as it comes. I still get the urge to smoke after each meal, but I have compensated for it by baking and baking and baking. I only have to use these 2 things only when it gets bad.
I know how hard it is. It's been almost 10 years and I still want to pick up a cigarette.. Tell her not to give up.

Soon enough, you won't miss it at all. I quit about 11 years ago and don't even think twice about it now. You should be very proud of yourself!!!
