When we go to California, one of our all time favorite places to eat is the Old Spaghetti Factory. We mainly go there for the Mizithra cheese, but all the food is good. Well they opened one here in Vegas for like a split second. I think the location wasn't the greatest, so it closed down after a little over a yr. So now when we drive to California, we stop and stock up on the cheese. I made my homemade spaghetti sauce last night and made Lasagna, so with the extra sauce we had pasta tonight topped with our favorite cheese. If you ever get a chance to eat there don't forget to try the Mizithra.
We used to have an old spaghetti factory (it closed down) and I loved it. I didn't know about this cheese though!

ReplyDeleteWe had a Spaghetti Factory when I lived in Kansas City but it closed down. Time for us to eat our enchiladas!!!
