
We (I) decided to get my butt in gear and get this weight off. I know I've said it before, but this time I mean it. When you go shopping for shorts and have to buy the next size up that can make any girl want to get in shape. I went from a size 20 to a 12 and to have to go backwards and get a 14 is very depressing. So here is a picture of us walking our dog Bandit. We did hr 1/2 walk and bike ride.






I too was on the weight lost cycle till easter, mothersday, memorial day cook outs have blown mine out of the water. Don't worry you will get back! 20 to a 12 is fantastic! You can do it!

Way to go!! I went from a 6 to a 10 or 12 and I hate it. I am going to start biking again this week. But I really need to stop eating ice cream! UGH!
ReplyDeleteI'm toggling between a 12 and 14 and more often the not these past few weeks need the 14. I am trying to get more active - but need to get off the mb and fb!
ReplyDeleteYou're dog is to cute! I feel your pain with the weight! I have ballooned ever since my wedding. I crash dieted before the wedding and then went crazy being able to eat again after. I got a little carried away...LOL! I'm workin on it too! Keep it up girl! You can do it!
