I took the day off (well I don't work, so from life) and just stayed in my pjs all day. Yep I drove the kids to school, picked them up from school, took Austin to Karate in my pjs. Christopher asked if I was going to get dressed I said nope.I called my mom and told her I need a break and I would come and see her tomorrow. I worked on a mini scrapbook for my friend Joy's birthday. I will post pics after I give it to her. I'm pretty sure she checks my blog. Here is a picture of the boys room. (im embarrassed to show you this) but this is the worst its been since before school started. At least the beds are made, but do you see the laundry basket right there. Can't they just put the clothes in it. I refuse to clean it even if I am a SAHM. I don't make that mess so I should not have to clean it. It will get done by tomorrow night or Robert will get them up super early on the weekend to clean and they hate that.
I am so jealous you staying in your pj's all day... I don't like this working... it just ruins the whole day. LOL.. If you think your boys room looks bad, you would die if you saw Alex and Brent's.. they are suppose to be cleaning them, but they haven't yet.
ReplyDeleteI like days like this (and have to admit I take way to many of them hee hee) Kyle's room is a disaster to must be a boy thing! I refuse to clean it also! I told my hubby the other day that when our son gets married that his wife will want to kill him the first year!

i wanted to let you know i ran out and bought the twilight stamps from BN,lol. i was reading about them on the mb and you all enabled me. ugh, happens way too often.
Bridget make sure you grab that award from my blog and pass out as you please....I tried the other day to stay in my pj's got company all day!!! When the boys are here that is how the room looks I make them pick it up before they leave. My fur baby Dora is the worst she grabs out every toy avery chewy at least 5 times a day!!

LOL! Don't get me started on messy bedrooms! You'd think a 10 (almost 11)yr, old girl would be able to keep her room somewhat clean? HA! Her clean clothes never get put away, and when I make her put her dirty clothes int he hamper, they go right on top of the clean stuff! You are right, at least your boys beds are made. I can't remember the last time DD made her bed. I like the idea of getting them up early to clean. I may have to try that!!!
