Ok so you all know I have 4 boys, well sometimes it just plain sucks. (don't get me wrong I love them to death, but I wish I had at least 1 girl). My 16 yr old was asked to the Sadies dance and today they got up early and went to the park and played egg football. Well he came home covered in egg. Guess you are supposed to catch the egg without it breaking all over you. Then around 4 he was supposed to go to her house and from there they were going to the new indoor mini golf place, before the dance. Well I brought my camera already to take pictures. From all the cars in front of the house I assumed that all the moms were there taking pics. I asked to come with and he said NO. Get home and he texts me I'm sorry mom they were all there and I should have let you come. So no pics except the one I got of him before we left the house. : (
Guess I better start working on my 2 younger ones.
So sorry you missed it! At least he apologized. Sounds like a great kid!

ReplyDeleteI totally understand!! My older 3 are all boys...23,21,18 and they never let me come and take pictures at anything. At least he did call...that shows great character! (didn't get my girl until my oldest was 16)
